Shipping policy

Gallons

Gallons and quarts ship anywhere in the United States. Ground shipping is a $28 flat rate on orders of $39 or more. We hand the order to the carrier within one business day of your color being confirmed.

Pails

Five gallon and 3.5 gallon pails do not ship. A full pail weighs about 60 pounds and carriers damage them. Pails are free pickup at our counter, or local delivery in New York and New Jersey.

Local delivery

Local delivery in New York and New Jersey is a $15 flat rate, and it is free on orders of $150 or more. We call you with a delivery window before we load the van.

Color samples

Color samples are pickup or local delivery only. An 8 oz jar is not worth a shipping label, and it does not travel well.

Pickup

Pick up at 20 Grand Ave, Suite 102, Brooklyn NY 11205. Every day, 7am to 4pm. Stock colors and stock sheens are usually ready the same day. We call or email you when your order is on the shelf.
