Stocked items in a factory color are usually ready within a couple of hours. Custom tinted orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually ready that day, and orders placed after 2pm are ready the next business day. If your color needs a base we do not have on the shelf, we call you the same day and tell you exactly when it will be ready.
Local delivery, five boroughs
$15 flat. Free on orders over $150 before discounts. Delivery runs on business days. This is the only way to get a 5 gallon pail from us, parcel carriers price a 60 pound pail like furniture.
Delivery is to the curb or the ground floor entrance. If the job is on an upper floor without an elevator, tell us at checkout and we will work it out with you.
Shipping, rest of the country
1 gallon cans and quarts only, $28 flat per order within the continental United States. Minimum order $39. Five gallon pails and 3.5 gallon pails do not ship, they are pickup and local delivery only.
Winter, November through March
Latex paint is ruined by freezing and no carrier covers temperature damage. From November through March we check the forecast along the route before we mix. If it drops to 32F or below anywhere on the way, we hold your order and call you before mixing anything. You can wait for the weather or take a full refund, your call.
Alaska, Hawaii and outside the United States
We do not ship there yet. Call us and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth arranging.
