Unopened, untinted paint

Return factory-sealed paint in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is your cost unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Bring it to the counter to avoid return shipping.

Custom tinted paint

Custom tinted paint is mixed for your order and is final sale for a change of mind. We'll confirm the color before mixing. Try a Color Sample on your wall before buying the full amount.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your paint arrives damaged, is defective or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, including shipping both ways. This applies to tinted paint too.

Unavailable after payment

If we can't fill your order because the paint is out of stock, we'll cancel it and refund you in full before mixing.
