30 days from the day you receive it, full refund to the original payment method, in the original packaging. Return shipping is on you unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong. Bring it to the counter and there is no shipping cost at all.
Custom tinted paint
Final sale. It was mixed for your order and there is nobody else to sell it to. This is why we confirm the color with you before the machine runs, and why we sell an 8 oz sample for $6 so you can look at the real color on your real wall first.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
On us, tinted or not. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it or refund it, including the shipping both ways.
Out of stock after you pay
We cancel and refund in full before we mix anything. You never pay for something that is sitting on a truck in Florida.
