How do I order?

Pick the paint, the size and the sheen on its page, type your color and check out. Prefer the phone? Call us and we'll put the order together for you. Companies with a whole job can send it from the Contractors page and get one price back.

Can I get any color?

Yes. Bring a chip off your wall, a photo or a code from any brand's fan deck. We tint PRO, NEO and EKO in Brooklyn before the order leaves.

Can I try the color on my wall first?

Yes. Order a Color Sample of PRO, NEO or EKO in your color, brush it on and look at it in daylight and at night. Then buy the gallons.

Which paint do I need?

Walls, trim and doors take PRO. It's 100% acrylic paint and primer in one, inside or outside. NEO is an acrylic for walls and ceilings in flat or satin, inside or outside. EKO is a zero VOC flat for interiors, made for rentals and turnovers. Bare drywall or a hard surface under NEO or EKO gets PRIME first. Garage floors, driveways and patios take STRONG. Rusted metal gets Rust Converter.

How much paint does a room take?

A gallon covers about 300 to 400 square feet per coat, by the manufacturer's data sheet. Plan two coats. The calculator on our home page turns your wall size into gallons and buckets.

How much is delivery?

$15 per order in New York and New Jersey, free over $150. Gallons and quarts ship anywhere in the continental United States at the carrier rate. Full terms are on Delivery and pickup.

When will it come?

Local orders ride on our own truck on business days, and you tell us the day you need it. Shipped orders go with the carrier. If the date matters, call us before you order and we'll tell you what's doable.

Can I pick it up?

Yes, for free. 20 Grand Ave, Suite 102, Brooklyn NY 11205. The counter is open every day, 7am to 4pm.

How can I pay?

By card at checkout. Companies can pay by invoice or purchase order. Open a pro account on the Contractors page and we'll set it up.

What if I change my mind?

Factory-sealed, untinted paint comes back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Tinted paint is mixed for your order, so try a Color Sample on the wall first. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we replace or refund it. Details are on Returns.

Can you deliver in winter?

Yes. Paint can't freeze on the way, so from November to March we check the forecast along the route before we mix. If it drops to 32F anywhere on the way, we hold the order and call you first.

Where is the paint made?

In Deerfield Beach, Florida. We're the KOMPOZIT distributor for New York and New Jersey, with stock in Brooklyn.
