Refund policy

Unopened, untinted paint

Return factory-sealed paint in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is your cost unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Bring it to the counter at 20 Grand Ave and there is no shipping cost at all.

Custom tinted paint

Custom tinted paint is mixed for your order and is final sale for a change of mind. We confirm the color with you before we mix. Get a color sample and check the real paint on your wall before you buy the paint for a room.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your paint arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We replace it or refund it, including shipping both ways. This applies to tinted paint too.

Unavailable after payment

If we cannot fill your order because the paint is out of stock, we cancel it and refund you in full before anything is mixed.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund your bank usually takes a few business days to post it.
